Post war boom, I became aware
of stained secrecy, cold deceit.
My reviled birthday, indiscreet.
I shall survive; I shan't despair.
Potential it could not ensnare.
Being raised in violent poverty,
brought strengthened personality.
I shall persist; I shan't despair.
Goals ahead sought with lucky flair,
Gifts in arts and tenacity,
with equal work capacity.
I shall prevail; I shan't despair.
Mid-life ending disease unfair.
Trained to fight, I'll likly win.
Another challenge to face again.
I shall survive; I shan't despair

An excellent kyrielle, and you have done it justice with your story of endurance. An excellent take on the prompt, thank you so much.
