Years of waiting bring them here,
to a point between dimensions
Once arriving in this place of woe,
they may only pay attention
To new arrivals and their plight,
a wandering of years
So many here have never left,
adrift in their own tears
The water brings them sustenance,
haze to wet their brow
Their feelings are inadequate,
can’t understand just how
They’ve come to be here in this place,
of dreams where they unite
With other sorts who’ve shown up too,
all humble and contrite
For answers to the questions asked,
they sought for their whole life
That burning need to know just why ,
it cuts them like a knife
It’s not the people’s query,
to life’s inadequacies
The questions are arising from,
the forest and the trees

A good entry. I enjoyed this one though the text was a little hard to read. Could just be me though.
