Of Being Alone

A sleepy swamp
would I go?

And its silence
I will owe.

Alone, all alone
I would go.

To confirm things,
that I know.

Until -
I shall realize.

The swamp,
would never flow,

to the sea, to the sea
where I want to go...

for the majestic lengths of oceans hue. To lose oneself, as you drift for the far horizion beckoning you.

    Wonderful Offering!

A thoughtful way to express longing. A note: "what I know" should more correctly read "that I know"
