Background: Contest, Rainbowgasm

Since the site layout has changed,
the prior backgrounds sometimes look a bit odd.
I'm testing out new sizing to see how it will work in this new layout.

For contest holder use only.
It seems we need to reset all our custom BG's to "0" pixels border width to bring them back into line.

I'm curious to see how this size BG I made will work.
