Mother nature provides and preserves at will
Yet, today when the fog had lifted, no thrill
A walk in the woods I didn’t notice the still
Staring at the river flow, I felt it’s chill
Nevermore’s raven cast a shadow on my soul
Carried me on hueless wings, left me in the cold
On dappled ground a shadow disappears
Raises up, settles down in deep rooted fears
Sunny days are forfeiting it’s pleasant
In rainbow displays at heaven’s crescent,
now gone as winter holds the wither ways
Fate has upheld it’s aims in the rains
My loss is greater that anything
Took sides with nothing, now everything
Seems to feel unreal, no peace around
Just a drape, a lonely brook abound
Forever is lost in the light of the sun’s eye
This is farewell, a final goodbye
I wish you the happiness of fall
Sometimes I just wish that you will call …
Forever is lost, the future beholds
The muted pain mutters as night unfolds

I really liked the nature feel this piece provided. It was really well written and you have an awesome range of vocabulary which is really refreshing.
I loved this
Thanks for entering.
