When we took that long walk in the autumn leaves,
and you asked me down on bended knees.
To give you the chances to be the one at my side,
and gave me the gift of your engagement ring.
Without hesitation or time needed to think,
lost in your eyes as you looked at me.
All of my dreams and every one of my hopes,
I sunk down before you and gave you my heart.
Forever that autumn day is etched in my mind,
like a treasured framed memory stilled in time.
I remember the beauty of all that surrounded us,
but it could not compared to that moment we shared.

This was a lovely write. I would rather see punctuation and capitalization, but that is a personal opinion. Thank you for entering.
