The time we have spent together has been fast, faded away.
I long to hold you in my arms to feel your gentel kiss upon my awaiting lips.
But to see you I am forced to search deep within my broken bleeding heart of lies.
The day I lost you is the day I lost myself.
To regain the person I once was, I must learn to live and love without you,
Even though I will probably never love again,
it wouldn't hurt to try.
But part of me died that night you said goodbye.
A part long lost in hopeful wishes seeping in my dreams as I lay in a daze, not awake but not asleep.
Lost in a dream, a dream of you.
Never will you be forgotten,
But never will you be remembered.
Deep inside is were the memory of our time together will remain.
