Not knowing where he is half the time,
Always having to ask others where he is?
Instead of being able to see him yourself,
Even though he is always with you,
And tells you that what you are thinking is silly,
How can you explain that gut-wrenching feeling,
That something is going to happen,
And you are going to be all alone in the world.

Seriously, What are you thinking?
He's always going to be there for you,
He's not going to leave your side,
Only if he thinks that you are in danger,
And needs to protect you and your kids.

Now you realize,
After a while,
How silly it all really is,
But you can't seem to get it out of your head,
He means everything to you.
He has made you the happiest person in the world,
More happy than you ever have been,
Since you were real small,
When you had noone,
And noone gave a damn what happened to you.

You felt lost most of the time,
But now you are found,
And you wouldn't give up this time...
