from a distance, i note

the grace of a man

at ease with the best
gentle with the least,

where lesser men
might throw stones

like mata hari
i curl around
his word

decode emotion
record impression

steal his secrets

i don't know him,

as well as some

                      
but if i did,
i'd like him better than chocolate

well,

    Ohhh, I rather doubt it; at least, not ALL of 'em, Luna. Anyone who's lived this long has more than enough to remember, even if they managed to not remember the 60's. Congratulations on a wonderful tribute. More than chocolate is a tall boot to fill. Al's gonna have to bring his game.

    Me too. I have such a poetic crush on him. I love this; what a wonderful tribute to Al. I'd like to steal his secrets too..instead I peek through the blinds and gather my own secrets borne of his truth.
