Dry Your Eyes

Missing image
Please don’t weep my dear,
I care not of your past
Things you’ve done before we met,
do not a shadow cast

What matters is the here and now,
What; your feelings say
Will you be here in the morn,
and when I come home today

The time we have just spent,
and times that are to come
Are things I am concerned most with,
the total of our sum

So clear your mind of yesterday,
let tomorrow be your goal
We’ve shared only a part of us,
we soon will share our soul

Dry your eyes and “seize the day”,
you’ve drawn a different fate
Fear not the lore of transgressions past,
look to what, we create

Aww; how deeply heartfelt and emotional.
    So much passion penned within
    and love expressed in many
    beautiful ways.

This was a treasure to read
    and so wonderfully written.

Thanks for sharing & best of luck
