A thousand miles away,
connected by steel
and the screeching in the night.
Ten thousand artists,
the world's largest gallery
without a soul stopping along the way
to explore the walls.
Always a round trip,
coming and going
Will you ever stay?

Lovely accompaniment to the prompt. Deep thoughts, for title how about Tunnel Vision. I loved this.

A wonderful leap inspired by the railway tunnel and its unseen ending. Thoughtful and rewarding. Worthy of re-reads.

part of it is because i travel via train quite a bit so i took some of that and added to the prompt but i think the picture said it all as it really did display every aspect, i just kind of put to words what it was showing

I really like the way this just launches straight in; the opening catches your attention v. well. I like the image of ten thousand artists - and there's something very creepy and gaping about that idea of a giant gallery.
