ah love, it slips past us with ease, throws hankies in the air to distract us and then it steals our hearts whilst we are not looking, it then crushes them uner its foot, a malicious act it does while smiling, then it slips it back as we reach out for the illusion and find only grave atmospheric silence. a good poem.
