What I Am

When I can touch the sky,
I'll be afraid to fly.
You don't need a reason,
why I will change in the seasons.

Lost in silence, contemplate.
Time will show my fate.
Seen by all; heard by none,
When in doubt, I start to run.

Music speaks more than you know,
Reveals emotions I do not show.
Listening to the obnoxious world,
Pointless words, they swirled.

I'm always waiting here,
With comfort for you, my dear.
I'll listen to your pain,
An umbrella in the rain.

I'm not much more to me,
But you might disagree.
I love the chameleon life,
I'll live through all the strife.

Behind the spotlight I live,
With all the stars to give.
Take one now, I'll leave,
And give myself reprieve.

Hiya! Haven't read a poem by you in a while...
    Luved line:

Seen by all; heard by none

Great poem! Luv it. Man, I read it out loud and it was awesome but I have this horrible cold and I can like not speak and like it's cut off almost all of the notes that I can sing so...
