as you tremble beneath my touch?
May I sing the lyrics that I have written
Lyrics that tell how you mean so much?
May I whisper endearments in your ear
and cause your heart to race?
May I kiss away that lonely tear
That has decorated your face?
May I reach ann touch the core of your soul
and feel your heartbeat?
May I caress the countours of your mind
and sweep you off your feet?
May I kiss the lips of your heart
and cause your world to shake?
May I become your great physician
and heal your heart-break?
May I speak to your emotions
command them to my will
May I tug together the cords of your heart
make you mine , until
You become a willing servant
and you bow in sweet surrender
and beg me to love you again and again
to make you feel this way , forever.
May I , with your permission
fulfill my heart's desire
and spin your world into existence
and catch your soul on fire.
