This I will not question
what has brought you here to me
but some how, some where
it was meant to be.
My smile has now returned
the light in my eyes is back
the wall I built around me
has now begun to crack.
I find myself laughing
a lot here with you
and a new butterfly
will soon make its debut.
No I will not question
how or why you found me
I just know for some reason
it was truly meant to be.
It has been a long time
since I have felt this way
I only hope my true message
in this I can convey.
The compliments you give me
are generous to say the least
and since the time we met
they have only increased.
The attention that you give
is really blowing my mind
a small piece of heaven
for you are a heavenly find.
I will not question
what is found between us
for you have unclenched my heart
and opened up my trust.
And if only for a moment
I could look into your eyes
for once in my life I think
I would not in return see lies.
I thank you from the bottom
of my ever beating heart
I can't say all I want to say
so this is just a start.
Thank you for coming into my life
