In compex calculation, in constant perplexity;
Lost in the numerology our fate lurks within,
some could say a pre-written destiny. This cant
be the journy in which god has led me! Numbers
will be entered, names will be taken, only the
chosen few will come to be the only ones left,
they will feel no mercy, angelic or demonic,
good or evil, man will be the one and only true
deciever.
Our destiny can be changed, and our roads our
own. We choose our fate, hold the world in our
palms. Dont let idiosyncrasies or slight differences
darken our paths, we are strong together, we are one.
If we change our ways, open our eye's,
we will open the gates to a brand new life,
open your eye's and face the imperfection,
open your eye's and see:
face the penumbra, and our lives will be free!
face this grim pre-written destiny!
Author notes
One of my earlyest poems, I won a magazine contest for writting this poem back in 2006. I re-wrote it, fixed some gramatical errors and such. it's not all that creative... but I guess it was good enough for a 20 dollar reward lol..
