An old man sits quietly,
with a confused gaze
upon monochrome fields
of muddled thoughts.
As another memory floats away
on old ages breeze.

Beautiful.
You couldnt have penned a better response to this prompt...I grew up in a house with my great grandmother who was suffering from alzheimers too, we were very close....I read this several times.....your 6 short lines of lost memories brought back an ironic wave of my own.
Great write.
Jamie

yes, what you've written certainly goes with this image...when I first saw this photo I thought of the balloons as days passing away. Seems we were both on the same wave....Thank you for entering. You know I appreciate it
