got dry eyes and
a heavy heart?
life leaning
its full weight
'pon your shoulders
whilst snatching
satisfaction
from quivering lips
making you feel
as child of tantalus
and atlas unborn?
are you sick and tired
of being
sick...tired?
i've solutions
like i've saline
i've cups
of salt water
for post extraction
gum pain
cause i've suckled
the sweetness
from your memory
and lost teeth
in the process
i've damaged gums
in progress
i protest
any further
digestion
i've swallowed
bits of mixed emotion
and chewed the cud
of consciousness
upon the return
to my mind
a second time
i've solutions
like i've saline
i've eyes that cry
a tear so dry
i've walls that
stand against it all
i've lonely corners
and quiet rooms
where
i soak
in the rain
of my own
insolubility
i've solutions
like i've saline
but ever so
infrequently
has saline
been
the solution
i've saline
like i've solutions
but it seems
each time
i've
dripped
it
dry
when
i
really
need
to
cry

I love this part...it's catchy and it's so on point and of course the humor is evident
I love the repititions on the saline solution like it's dropping nonstop 32 drops per minute j/k
I enoyed reading this...
