Another special day again
How I wish for you to see
How I wish we could celebrate together...
Yet
I know you're watching over
all those you left behind
You are not here with us
Heaven is your new home
You are in a better place;
we all know this and somehow
we try to get along
without you...
you were special; one of a kind
If i could have you here,
just for a little while,
there's so much I would say to you...
how much you make me smile,
what a dear friend you were to me;
how I love your sense of humor
I hope God and the angels
surround you on your special day as
you were, and are,
a special soul...
Happy Birthday, Tim!
Author notes
If one is very lucky, there come people in your life who make it easier, brighter, and so very enjoyable. Timothy Johnson aka Lionslove was such a person. May we never forget such a precious soul...
