    Its simple but some of the best poems are uncomplicated. It sends a clear message. For so long that inner voice is ignored but when we finally allow are selfs to hear it, it will guide us to where we are suppost to be.

    This is beautiful Shirley! So many times we ignore the inner promptings we recieve. I find I listen to that voice a lot more now that I am older and hopefully wiser...but I still make mistakes. Thank you for sharing this! Pam

      Glad you liked it Pam. It was one of my more serious efforts. ... I am going to take your suggestion on board and try metaphysical poetry.... but I still think I work best with humour. What do you think? Thanks for your encouraging comments.
