I was a sailor in one life.
I drowned.
That life has left me terrified
Of water.
So why am I scared of owls?

    Brilliant! I'm scared of heights...I bet I fell or threw myself or was thrown from a great height in a past life! I would like to know. Pam

      Hi Pam,
      I was regressed once, it was fascinating. If you can find somebody (preferably on recommendation) you should try it. Maybe you'll find you were in fact pushed. ... A poem challenge for you.
