I love:

the soft of you
and warm brown
curve of your turn.

haloed sunlight
brushing your hair
into storm clouds
and silver linings.

the scent of you
red roses riding
open window breezes.

wind chime laughter
winding through
the house on wings.

your gentle heart
leading me to places
I could never go.

the shadow
of your eyes
brushing against
my deepest dreams.

how your most
delicate touch
can still in me things
that are too deep
for words.

Love is a great Muse ...

it turns all souls into poets.

    And: some into poets supreme.

Tenderly beautiful. The kind of divine love poetry that is timeless and universally touching. Just melting. Sot and seductive....to stop writing like this would be a crime against humanity.

    a quote to share....
"The fish trap exists because of the fish. Once you've gotten the fish you can forget the trap. The rabbit snare exists because of the rabbit. Once you've gotten the rabbit, you can forget the snare. Words exist because of meaning. Once you've gotten the meaning, you can forget the words. Where can I find a man who has forgotten words so I can talk with him?" ~Chuang Tzu "
