This may sound a bit cliche,
but things are so much sunnier,
now that he's in my life.
I've never felt better,
than when I'm in his arms,
and he's holding tight.
Oh, baby never let go!
His voice is like music to my ears,
it always calms and makes better.
His kisses are the sweetest sin,
kinda like raw sugar,
baby I want more!
Not sure I could survive,
without you by my side.
I love waking up to your texts,
and your goodnights are what help me sleep.
The thought of you not being there,
brings tears to my eyes and pain to my heart.
You have my hand, head, and heart,
baby please be gentle.
Please don't leave me here,
stranded on the side of the road.
For I wouldn't know where to go.
I love you with all my heart,
forever and ever.

Very adorable! Unfortunately not many poems on here are bright and sweet like yours, but more of doom and remorse. It's good to read something like this!!!! Fabulous job on writing this! I love how straight forward and how there are no crazy metaphors that I don't understand. =) haha, i'm best with simplicity. *bows down to your work*

wonderful thought for the one
that you love. I think that there
is nothing wrong with being cliche
especially when you are in love.
