Shores of Time (#4)

Missing image

On the sands of this old shore

that was once walked before

we now feel a mighty yearning

and in life we are still learning

from the past, lost in the gale

of yesterday, yet on we sail

in the misty shadow of that time

as we too, leave our shore behind.

    Fantastic!

This is just lovely and what beautiful words and lovely deep, pensive and profound message of sheer wisdom, you have such talent! Lovely.
The painting is indeed beautiful and imagine owning this painting and putting it on your walls along side your beautiful poem all framed and aside it as a compliment one to one! Now that would be something, the painting illustrating the words you illustrate the painting with! Both sides of a coin beinging the other side to life! Wow!
This is a brilliant write, well done, love it!
Poetic Hugs & Best of Luck in our contest and thanks for honouring us with your entry its brilliant! Bravo!
