It's the day the world stood still seven years ago.
The day that changed all American lives.
As we watched the horrorfic attack being done.
Weeped as loved ones, neighbors and friends were lost.
Freedom was struck down.
Tears fell as those Towers crumbled to the ground.
Everyone watched in horror not believing that it was happening.
Hoping it was all a dream.
But this dream no one would wake up from.
As patriotic pride grew due to the act.
Neighbors hand in hand stood proud for their land.
Soliders in their army green grab their rifles and go to war,
To protect our freedom and so much more.
Now is the day we all mourn the lost.
Of those who never had a chance to get out of the towers,
For those lives that were lost.
From young to old it didn't matter to them.
They completed their act of terrorism.
As our nation collasped but rebuilt even stronger.
Tears swell in eyes thinking about the events that happened on this day.
How firefighters tried to rescue and even lost their lives.
How Americans showed their pride by waving our FLAG!
Did we forget?
Did we erease those events from our minds and hearts?
Did we just imagine it all?
Did we hide it so it wouldn't show?
Well it is simple we could never forget such an act.
That in which so many people lost their lives.
And those that survived broke down and cried.
We are remembering by the songs and pics that we see!
We are united!
We are AMERICA!!!!

Yes, so very true... we Americans have united more than ever since that fateful day of 911.
It was a terrible time in our history no doubt.

Great. Actually, i don't know if this is good or bad but i dont remember THAT day. i have no clue what i was doing, other than that i was at school. I never will forget what did happen though. Thanks for adding to the collection in memory of this day. good job and good luck.
