Two years it was since you first left to find your own pathway
Two years of struggling within my head remembered words you'd say
So off I trekked to find you, relinquishing all sense
Another year of searching adds to experience.
Finding you again would be the ultimate treasure,
So far have my emotions stretched impossible to measure,
Heart strings barely constant over reason
Can my love hold out for just another season?
Turning each and every corner bated breath uphold
Is it ever possible that the future is foretold?
Or am I ever doomed to torture shall my mind no longer rest
As I live for one thing only making finding you my quest?
Fear not though painted lady if I have you in my sight,
For time is what I give you whilst you give me guiding light
However the outcome may be a suprise!
As I search with my heart and not my eyes.
