your everyday thing.
Not even close
to be considered a fling.

If this were a movie

Adored by all,
but not by the one
who she wants the most.

Watching as time goes by,
the hero falls in love
with the glorious femme fatale
a perfect ending.

But not this time,
it's my movie
with you and me
I'll tell you how it'll be

Eyes open at last
you finally really see me.
If this were a movie,
you'd fall in love with me.

This our movie,
finally hitting the screen.
Being the best of friends,
well fall in love at the end.

I don't really like Miley Cyrus too much, but I really love the song. I in fact have it on one of my playlists I like it so much. I promise i'll have it done before it closes

    awesome, awesome, awesome!!!! i absolutely love this poem... i can so relate... my friend came home from college for the first time tonight as a surprise... i was so happy... i have a little thing for him and i sometimes wish that i could write our lives as a script... i would write him with me and change it later if need be... anyway... i love this poem!!!! lol... i think that you caught the essence of the poem and it made it great... thank you so much for entering!!! if you would like to enter again... that would be okay... i'm not getting many entries and i would love to have all the titles taken before i judge but that's completely up to you...

    thank you for entering... i can't wait to see what you come up with for the prompt... good luck... p.s i read the authors note, and i agree with you... i don't really care for miley either, but the song just screams to me... also, take your time... as long as it's in by the time the deadline rolls around, it won't bother me... just means you have more time to make it great...
