darkness prevails for a toxic beauty
torturous prayers try to revive her
a silenced vermillion
enraptured her butterflies,
left them gasping,
condemned to the crystallization
that encompasses their spirit
they danced amongst the graves
awaiting your approval
for their midnight affair
that leaves them vulnerable
to tomorrow
