they lie,
not thinking about
the sins that could claim tomorrow,
but basking in this love
that is felt so perfectly
at this exact moment...

exaggerated exclamations
bring the passion to the front
and they will not be denied

they lie,
satisfied,
for this moment is laid
perfectly in their minds

there is no consequence immediately,
but they know,
it is coming and it's wrath will be harsh,
but for now,
they lie,
not caring about anything other than the imprint they make
