I really enjoyed reading this poem, its uplifting and sweet, you can really get a feeling for your love for your boyfriend through this poem and I think you wrote your feelings in this poem effectively and beautifully.

What a beautiful poem
love is such an amazing thing when it's shown right

This does have its beautiful moments, most notably this one:
"Every touch I feel
Makes me believe I'm touching you
Whenever I'm alone."
I do believe you have captured love most eloquently within those few lines.
For a 16-year-old, you seem to have a better understanding of love than most kids your age do. I'm almost 22, and I'm still learning how to love without fear; but you have mastered the art, at least within your words, my friend.
My only real complaint:
-"adoreable" should be "adorable".
Other than that, a lovely write. I hope that this person (if this is based on truth) knows how lucky s/he is to have someone so sweet and selfless as you.
