I can feel my heart beating
it may come out of my chest
I see the object of my desire
as he flees my grasping limbs
His skin is so silky smooth
and he's light as a feather
but do not push him too hard
or he will fail you terribly
The wind rushes past my ears
as all at once he comes to me
and I hurdle myself at him
meeting with a deafening roar
With nothing between us except
the leather of my studded boots
my body caresses his until
someone steals him away again
He rests in my possession now
and his brief prescence is
a breathtaking experience
but exhaustion takes over
I can no longer carry him
I try to hurriedly give him
to a trusted heart that can
do what i could not with him
As i watch them flow effortlessly
and as they fly together as one
i see an exchange and a farewell
as he soars to his net of comfort
