You were supposed to be here two years ago.
You could never show.
Was there something that happend,

here at the alter at which we were to be wed.
I have been so sad the rest of my life,
but now apparantly our love is dead.

I really love this poem a lot. the emotions I felt while reading this were ones of pain, sadness. to be left at the alter waiting for someone who never should.. never have I been there, never want to feel this kind of pain.
You've brought the emotions to this prompt so very well.

wow this is so sad how could someone be so mean and cruel its time to move on and let go of the past and think about today not the future cause it may nevr come
