Been there and done that. I know the feeling
all to well I must admit. I once lived in
New Jersey and worked in nyc. I was payed
alot of money to do something I really hated.
It was so bad until I would waste most of the
day on the internet. My mind drifted miles
away until I finally broke free.
Life can be a real bitch when you're in
that kind of situation. -

Poetry is whatever you say it is. You are entitled to your own style. You expressed yourself quite well. Check the works of e e cummings, if you want to see some unsual poetry. I write one word per line poems, which I call "Barebones Poetry", the reader needs to use their own imagination sometimes to understand some of my work.
