My Mother is my best friend,
She helps in many ways,
when I am feeling low
she brightens up my days.
She is an angel on this earth,
one who cares so much,
she helps me with my children,
she has the magic touch.
My Mother is a teacher,
she helps me to understand,
when I am lost and confused
she's there to take my hand.
She is a good example,
my sisters would agree,
I follow in her footsteps
and learn how I should be.
My Mother is a nurse,
she can tell when we ail,
there to make us well again,
her remedies never fail.
She has an Angelic glow,
her kindness shines so free,
I am thankful for my Mother,
she means a lot to me.
