How you fell in love,
With two girls,
Who couldn't stand you,
Be near you,
Or love you.
It's ironic really,
How you overlooked me,
Who cared for you,
Loved you,
Wished you only the best.
It's ironic really,
That I'm now the bad guy,
That I let the knife,
Slip in a little too deep.
It's ironic really,
That we now stand,
A thousand feet apart,
A wall un-scalable between.
Now seriously I'm telling you,
It's ironic really...
Author notes
I really, and I mean really still can't get over the ironies of it all. One girl, couldn't stand him, didn't even find him attractive in the slightest (I hate to say it but it was because he was darker in skin colour, which in this day and age is really REALLY stupid to think. No attack's here about this please.). The other girl actually got to go out with him, but once again apparently realised she didn't like him in that way at all. He encouraged them to kiss, but she refused. Clearly when that's happening you don't want to be there.
And me? Well...I got to find out all this lovely information from that guy who now I haven't spoken too in over a month, who still haunts my dreams and feelings, but who apparently can easily look over me and onto my best friend who is apparently better looking and more of an intellect than me. I say whatever but then wish things were different again on the other hand. Ironic really...

This is pretty amazing and very powerful. Keep writing and keep sharing. I love this and so will anyone else who happens to read it.

This is a very powerful poem, you really let your emotions show and it's from the heart. I really like that, I too have been in this position before, and it's no fun, but keep your chin up, things have a funny way of unraveling in ways younever expected...

And I just discovered "tiling" as a background!
