You can promise me the stars,
You can promise me the moon.
You can promise me happiness,
You can promise me wealth.
You can promise me romance,
You can promise me well being.
But do not promise me your heart,
Because I know it'll always be hers.

    Your use of repetition and then the twist
    Made it dramatic and emotive
    though short
