A Memory Lost At Sea

A puzzle without a piece
a sad story to tell
as the waves on the shore increase
she hears the ring of a bell

a memory lost at sea
he was supposed to return
,but they found the debree
and have raised her concern

up above, the seagull turns
and as the waves keep growing
her heart, bleeding, burns
with knowing and not knowing

she screams, "Come back to me"
as the winds blow
"This just can't be"
and her tears start to flow

days go by
she's still all alone
with a silent, "I'll always love you," "Why..."
