the lines on the page
stare at her face
blank they may be
but tears, oh there is a trace
they laugh at her sorrows
her pencil tapping desperately
and she tries to think
how to shut them up permanently
her paper blank
it's laughing in her ears
she soon crumples it up
the laughing dissappears
she gets a new paper
but that one is the same
she soon fills her waste basket
and lights it with a flame
her mind is blank
and so are the pages
of her tears
her mind soon rages
an idea soon forms
to write about it
it's what you're reading now
so how was it?

I hope you're okay. Sorry I haven't been around to talk to you

I'll comment on your poems to make up for it
Beautifully penned though this was.
It was terrible sad however
"she gets a new paper
but that one is the same
she soon fills her waste basket
and lights it with a flame"
Sounds like something I'd do
