Autumns Calling

Can you hear the call so crystal clear,
how it rings in the night for all to hear?

Can you smell the air so crisp and clean,
rousing all creature's to glean?

Do you smell the brew of Autumn,
where-after leaves change costume?

O the time of delicate season,

causes me joy for many a reason.

i, too, enjoyed the depiction of autumn "changing" its leaves, as it would a costume.

I use O often in poetry. I haven't posted everything here though, but it is in some of the others that I've posted here.
