Lavender streaks,
of little memories,
spread across the page.
Each stroke melts,
into another streak of color,
joining memories of two kinds,
into a circle of everlasting events.

Lovely color and poem and I agree streaks and streak are too close, perhaps brush, or splash, or something similar would work.

A fine combination of words and picture. I think the use of streaks and streak just a little close for comfort - must be another word. You mention two kinds of memory but we don't know what they are do we?

Awww its amazing how you can take such a painting for this contest & well pretty much make it your own and make the poem come alive. I really find it amazing how the mere color of lavendar can produce such a stroke of well penned beauty like this poem. any ways I just really love the flow deoth and over all imagery placed into this poem. kleep up the good work.
