great
This brought a smile to me, as the enlightened one
might have conveyed and encouraged.

The imagery is great, loved the twist in focus. Well done, congrats on the Silver Trophy for this one.

Brilliant!
I really loved the imagery of this poem. So tentative yet strong. A well deserved win

LOL I thought that this was brilliant!! Took me a couple reads over it, and then I just thought, "yikes, I likes it!" I myself can't write this form of poetry well to save my life, but you can,
thanks for sharing it!

Reminds me of the question "Does a dog have Buddha-nature?"
This OUGHT to be unwieldy, this OUGHT to have too much in it, BUT it doesn't. That very paradox is totally zen, and this is a terrific haiku.

Thanks for your kind encouragement, Mairi!

that one put a smile on my face. well done.

I really liked the middle line... so much said with so little
like.. doesn't matter the looks... one can have all their ducks in a row and have a balanced life
just where I went
