Most of my dreams have come true,
I met my prince and we still have our muse.
Thoughts of a child often returns with a smile,
now today I wonder will I go out in style .
The me to be,
such dreams I so hold .
In search of a family as I become known as storiesuntold,
Met that family on allpoetry one day
and now I have that family which I love and and they love me today .
Eyes wide open a dreamer of time,
in helping others my heart is laced with golden twine.
Reaching for a way to survive and be free,
I found this life on allpoetry.
An author a dream of mine since I was young,
they made this possible and I now sang a song unsung.
Proud to be me and give my love to all I so lovingly share ,
to help me walk down this lonely road with many after all with those who care.
For to age alone is like the young afraid today,
feeling no one knows no one cares along the way.
But when I reached out so in need of friends ,
believe me my heart they did mend .
Today I have many in my family to love,
This year was my first year happy mothers day lifted me up.
Few don't know how much some people are left behind ,
yet my friends here are most kind .
So from this world I shall leave a happy mother aunt grandma and friend,
And my prayers I send out I so hope their hearts do mend.
Words from the lonely through poetry all do hear,
and believe me their the best friends I have ever had my dear.

Great poem Aunt Patty! I love it. I totally agree, the people on this site are so nice and kind. Most unlike the people in my class at school, minus like seven.
