Prompt for woman in a keyhole competition...
A woman in the keyhole is always beautiful ..unknown.
Alicia frindge she had
And Yoda smile
Too short to see
From this Keyhole
If she only knew
What lay before
through the
Skeleton Keyhole
She'd bow in her
minted frock
and dream of
a man mansion
He'd turn frantically
Trying to get home
She just brushed
her feathery hair
Eyes wide open
touching the roots
teasing each and every
split end she
White on Black
With special
in-end features
Marked her silhouette
Her cheeky pose
made the butler
make he did
Her supper
Back on the road
The promised Baron
Fails to deliver
entrance eloquent
She washed and
Waited and covered
her lips with
a veil
Curtains blocked
the connection between
She, he the butler
And the dreamy guests
The keyhole created
No such remedy
Her sugar coated
nothing absinthe
Penny for thoughts
Said Baron Greenback
False promises from
Shades source

I enjoyed entering your contest PrabhuDayal Khatter. Kudos to you for hosting such a pleasantly simple topic. Edgy picturisation though we'll you don't know my poetry. Believe me I did my best to keep it down, if anything I may have overdone the childhood TV quotes however I'm glad you have now read one of my poems as I hope to read more of also yours it's late now however and I'm beat. Light surround you, Rob B. -
