In the land of fantasy
a castle out of reach
an angel waits for her calling
while the waterfall is falling
beneath the shimmer of the silver moon light
this young angel cries tonight
she has no future beyond the walls
of this enchanted fairy tale land
she waits and ponders; nobody calls
teardrops fall upon her hand
this angel has some hopeful dreams
she may never endure
a fantasy land may be more then it seams
if she fails to conquer
she sits on the rocks and cries tonight
beneath the silver moon light
knowing her dreams will never come true
being locked in nightmare created by you
spread your wings and spread them high
beyond those walls you can fly
with the strength you find within
escaping from pain is not a sin

I love the wording to this. The lines "knowing her dreams will never come true being locked in nightmare created by you" was my favorite part. Very catching. Great job and great take on the prompt.
