Tears fall like rain,
I know grief is a strain when you're trying to maintain,
Hope and yet you're drug down,
Water so Deep u Drown in an ocean of pain.
A notion that haunts you,
Emotions that rock you, turbulence that cease to mock you,
Drifted through Deserts and mountains,
Once was lost but now you're found, planted your feet upon solid ground.
Silence Strikes you,
It echoes the Sound, Surpass the Sight of Solitude,
In the midst you envision light,
Gives you a sense of peace, when you lay your head at night.
Tattoo Tears, that unendingly stain your heart,
Keep your Head up, Hold on to faith, truth will guide you, when others depart,
Bruised up and still I remain beside you,
You'll never walk alone through the dark.
Pictures Pulled away from the frame,
Footsteps down the hall, driving you insane,
Memories that Measure Misery,
Pressures that Persist, stay consistent until you regain.
Just one more night, you'll relive a better day,
Through the metamorphosis pray, as darkness turns to light,
Stray from your troubles, as Jesus elevates you from the rubble,
Witness as your sorrows was as an ocean, He Drank the Depths into a puddle.
As you Dwell in sadness, I also feel your grief,
I Promise I don't feel Pity, I attempt to offer a sense of relief,
I understand it's hard, it seems no one cares to follow,
The Sun Sets on the horizon, always giving a chance for tomorrow.

I really like the. I like the imagery and all of the descriptions of nature. I really love the last line. Thanks for entering.

This reminded me of a song, a rock song I think, but I can't quite place what it was or who sings it ...
It was well written though [your poem not the song!] with a continuous rhyme running throughout it. Although, to be honest, for me, because there were so many mentions of feeling down, grief, sadness, pain, I would find it more a feeling down poem, than a cheering up one, but that's probably just me
G'luck in teh contest
