Drama In The Heavenlies (Option 23)

Missing image

Beyond the canopy of stars and the thousands of galaxies

light years above the earth, shrouds of dark curtains of the night

block all hope of any light.

The eternal eye of God penetrates this black fog.

Suddenly the colors of the night change into a kaleidoscope

of rainbow colors leaving a warm pink background to

this heavenly presence.

Hot rays of warmth come with light beams, winds

and lightening, creating the feeling that activities

supernatural are occuring.

Power dramatically comes from the heavens

with the indisputable feeling that the

eternal God has heard the earth

and the inhabitants who cry for help.

God is alive and hears.

His intervention has come!

Well, you certainly went where I would not have thought to go... but after reading your poem and then looking at the picture again, I really can see why, from a particular orientation, what you wrote makes perfect sense. Besides being very well crafted, this poem seems to show your great intuitive side!

    Well done

A verbal portrait of exceptional beauty and vivid imagery. Your brush strokes are light as a feather yet display a masterful command of language and poetic ability. In addition, there is an spititual wisdom deeply embeded within the heart and soul of this piece.

Well done O gentle poet....well done.

Sis, you have captured what you seen within the canvas. Whether the artist had that intention or not, what you have gleamed from it, has spoken from your heart and that is one aspect of seeing beyond the layers of paint... A fantastic write and a great interpritation. Well done.
