All are special
in your eyes, Lord,
all have purpose.
Some, Lord, have a calling,
a journey, preceded by
a special time with you
against backdrop of a silence
to hear your voice
within the fiber
of their hearts -
without this, all else
will be futile, an un-blessing.
My friend, His calling
will augment within you
His unique intent,
to direct His Will through
Spirit-linked bond
to bring fruition -
His abundance.
As you take on
this assignment,
my prayer is
that you’ll journey
His footprints
into the hearts of those
He gave His life,
and Willed to be your flock.
When you receive your blessing,
the day of your ordination,
I too lay my hands, on you:
May there always be with you
the grace of Almighty God,
the love of Jesus, and
the guidance of the Holy Spirit,
Amen.

such matters as ordainment is not only a special happening in one's life, but a serious one. I also doubt an easy one for a women - even in our post-modern age. She needs our blessings. I took a rather 'big-brother' approach, but that was not intended. She has my full support, and besides, God used women so wonderfully to allow His work. Blessings to you also. Frans
