Gasping for my breath,
glow of red upon my face,
my stomach feels so hollow,
in natures vibrant place.
Succulent fruits abound,
in the colors of a rainbow,
I grin in all the pleasures,
as I rest upon my elbow.
Hair soaked with sweat,
as charlie flies overhead,
the shadows of chocolate brown,
lay all around me like a bed.
So deep into exhaustion,
come the dreams of mothers milk,
as it eases my parched throat,
and slips away like loving silk.

A fantastic poem hun
Nicely flowing and the last stanza to me spoke of wishing to be that babe back in his mothers arms.
Maybe I am wrong !
Best wishes in the contest and great word back
