What if? …..
by Shirley Heelas
Bokwus admired his creations. At the risk of blowing his own trumpet, he had to admit the little figures were very cute and artistic.
Of course, they were mythical creatures, so he`d had to use his imagination when deciding on how they would look, the sorts of clothes they should wear, things like that.
But they did look good in his little garden in his grotto in Korrigan`s Wood.
But would this business idea of his take off? Would his fellow gnomes see the appeal? Nobody he had spoken to even believed such creatures really existed. It was fantasy. But surely that didn`t mean they wouldn`t trade him for these cute little figures to adorn their own homes in the wood?
Bokwus had visions of his leafy home piled high with berries and nuts and handwoven fairy cloth, which his fellow gnomes and travelling goblins would trade for his creations.
He hoped it wasn`t just a pipe dream as he set to work on another.
…. This little human could be fishing. …
Author notes
Again, not a poem, just a flowery piece.
