You Can't Know.

Cracking,
Bending,
Breaking,
Hurting,
But unable to let it be known.
Knowing,
Foretelling,
Fearing,
Anticipating,
But still not ready to hear it.
Screaming,
Crying,
Dying,
Not Caring,
All inside, but still cannot let them know.
Smiling,
Laughing,
Joking,
Talking,
But never, can you know.

The words so simple, yet a poignant reminder of all we keep inside. It is true, no one knows. Thank you so very much for sharing this with us...it seems almost like a secret between two friends.

Wow, this is deep. I love how you use three actions and finish it with an actual line or sentence. A couple things I wanted to point out, though.... "dieing" is spelt dying., and "caring" and "joking" do not have an "e". And to add to the power of this poem, might I suggest a really rich background? Overall, though, I loved it!
